One of the challenges that emerged during the pandemic was the overwhelming abundance of information coming from multiple sources. Compounding the challenge of the abundant information was the unique and multiple challenges being faced by business owners, individuals, and families. The speed and severity of implications of the pandemic created unique challenges across many aspects of our communities. In response, the COVID Concierge Portal was created to compile assistance information from multiple sources into a single ‘no wrong door’ portal where business, personal, and health information can all be accessed. The Portal is not intended for access by the general public but for leaders of community organizations to use when interacting with clients, members, and constituents to help them more quickly access information to address pressing problems. The Portal was created for use by community leaders under the auspices of the Community Recovery Coalition and with technical assistance from Indiana Interactive. The Portal can be accessed here.
