Schafstall brings more than 22 years of customer service and sales experience to the role, having most
recently served as the lead salesperson for Columbus-based Burt’s Pest Control. He was recognized as
the 2019 Chamber Ambassador of the Year, in recognition of his high level of engagement and his
support of the Chamber. Schafstall begins on December 2, 2019.
“The Chamber Board of Directors and its members are grateful to Tim Cooney for his many years of
outstanding leadership and service,” said Karl Kissinger, Senior Vice President – Business Services at
Centra Credit Union and the Chamber’s Board Chair. “Going forward, we are pleased that Bob Schafstall
will bring his considerable sales abilities, strong work ethic, and record of exemplary customer service to
this important community role.”
Schafstall is originally from Columbus. He attended Columbus North High School and Purdue University.
