Greater Lawrence Chamber Selects Klopfenstein as New President

The Greater Lawrence Chamber of Commerce has hired Brad Klopfenstein as its new President. A resident of Lawrence, Klopfenstein comes to the Chamber after leading the Indiana Licensed Beverage Association, and most recently, the historic Antelope Club in Downtown Indianapolis. For 20 years, Klopfenstein has been a strong advocate for Indiana small businesses at both the state and local levels. Greater Lawrence Chamber of Commerce

Board Chair Cassandra Faurote states, “The Chamber is pleased to bring someone with Brad’s experience with membership-based organizations onboard. Brad’s experience gives the Chamber the opportunity to be a catalyst for business growth, a convener of leaders and influencers, and a champion for a stronger community.”

The Chamber serves to promote, advance, and stimulate civic, business, commercial, agricultural and industrial interests and general welfare in the Greater Lawrence Township of Marion County, Indiana.  “I could not be more thrilled to advocate for the businesses and residents of Lawrence – a vibrant community that has done a great job of differentiating itself within Central Indiana. Whether it be our strong business climate, our diverse residents, or our recreational amenities, the opportunities to expand our impact and improve quality of life are huge. Where else can you find an historic city center that includes a state park and room to grow?” remarked Klopfenstein. In addition to his experience with not-for-profits and small businesses, Klopfenstein served two terms on the Marion County Board of Zoning Appeals. He also has been a TV and radio personality, and was the 2012 Libertarian nominee for Indiana Lt. Governor.
